Child Life of Greater New York is a membership organization of child life directors, managers and coordinators from programs throughout the Greater New York area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Child Life of Greater New York is open to all child life directors, coordinators, managers and one-person programs in the Greater New York area. The group meets quarterly at various hospitals around the area. Membership requires a fee of $45 per year and active participation. Active participation includes making 4 out of 6 meetings in a two year period and volunteering for various committee help. CLGNY is successful due to its dedicated leaders providing educational and networking opportunities for its members and their associates
